Size M to L Vintage 1990s Lady Footlocker Cotton High Rise Shorts

Vintage 1990s high rise shorts in a floral cotton fabric with a navy blue base. Elastic at waistband sides, front pleats, front zipper and buttons, side pockets, back pocket. Label says Lady Footlocker, Made in Canada, 100% Cotton, Size XL on tag but shorts fit like a medium to large. Measures 29 around waistband, stretching to about 32", rise is 15", inseam is 8.5", out seam is 22". This is a pre-loved, vintage second hand item.
