Sleeveless green velvet dress

This is a sweet dress I acquired at a vintage shop and absolutely love, but it’s time to rotate it out of my closet. Soft-textured green velvet, ties at waist, has pockets! No size tag but I wear US 6 and it fits me perfectly. I am 5’5”and it’s knee-length on me.
