🇦🇷 Slouchy boots from Argentina

Posting these for my sister. I wish they fit me so I could keep them but they are 1/2 size too small. These are a size 38. Previously worn by her. They have some scuffs on the toes pictured to account for in price. Just so buyer is clear; the lower half (up to the seam where the knot is) is full leather.
