Splendid Collection black lined polyurethane pull on skinny fit pants size small

These pants are by Splendid Collection and are new with original tag. The shell is 100% polyurethane and they are lined in 94% polyester with 6% elastane. They are pull on with no zippers or pockets for a real smooth look. They are a size small and when laid flat they measure 13 1/2 inches across the waist and 16 1/2 across the hips with an inseam that is 28 inches (10)
