Strapless Smocked Midi Maxi Dress Navy Floral Small

I purchased this second hand but have only worn it a few times. Super cute strapless smocked dress. Fits small and between midi / maxi on my 5’4” frame. Great dress to see you through the rest of the summer and what will likely be a warm fall. Would also work as a cover up, just throw it over your swimsuit.
