Stunning vintage 3D flower brooch

This painted gold tone metal brooch has a beautiful white flowers with rhinestones in the centre of each of the flowers (two rhinestones are missing - see photos). The flowers sit above green painted gold tone leaves with lovely detailing. This 3D brooch is vintage elegance! There is a bit of wear in the flower petals and leaves, but otherwise in good vintage condition! Measures approx. 3” wide by 2.5” long
