kassandracm @jake_mcintosh hi I messaged you before that it’s on it’s way back to me because of the incorrect address you put on Poshmark. It arrived in Burgess St, Norwich the address I sent on the bundle message on December 8th, and is still in transit on its way back to me. I tried to contact Poshmark support to get this fixed.

kassandracm @jake_mcintosh But you need to change your address to the exact address in Burgessville if you want to receive this package as Poshmark generates the shipping labels to print and if it’s wrong that’s where it gets sent to and I can’t change that on my end

kassandracm @jake_mcintosh your package shipped to 19 Burgess street, Norwich, Ontario which is what printed from the generated label from Poshmark so that’s where it went and that’s why it came back to me. I’m not sure why it came back to me if you say that the address is correct because it’s got delivered to that address. I’ve contacted Poshmark support and I’ll contact them again.

kassandracm @jake_mcintosh this is frustrating for me too because this is the first time this happened to me. I can’t just scratch out the address to put your address on the label because Canada post scans the barcode that Poshmark generates. I’m still waiting for Poshmark support’s response as well I’ve contacted them twice for this matter

kassandracm @jake_mcintosh maybe please double check that the P.O. Box 95 is part of your address on the app. Your item shows me it’s still in transit back to me with some Canada post delay.

kassandracm @jake_mcintosh I received your package but Poshmark support has been backed up with no response. I re-printed a new shipping label and it still gave me 19 Burgess st, Norwich, ON N0j1P0. My next suggestion is to cancel your order so you can get your money back since I won’t be able to resend it as it will come right back to me.
