Summer dress halter neck cutout

Navy and white stripped pattern High neck dress with back out Size 4 but definitely fits on the smaller side, would consider it an XS Nice summer dress There is a little stain on it and I haven’t tried getting it out Make an offer or check out the stuff in my closet and we will work out a great deal!! Help me to get rid of this extra stuff!
