Sunset Holiday Shops Craft Kit

Sunset craft kit featuring cut and glue holiday village from 1997. Package has been opened. From what I can tell everything is there. The pattern has not been cut. There is brown black and a small piece of red felt and some red embroidery thread. If I miss something im pretty sure it can be still made by buying supplies. Trying to price accordingly. Makes a set of 3
