Suzy Shier dress, red with floral and Asian design

I don't know which Asian language is on the dress, but there is some kind of writing in the pattern. Color is red with black waist. Floral pattern. No tag unfortunately but feels like a soft and lightweight polyester. Not much stretch. I machine wash on delicate cold and hang to dry, no issues. No damage. Fits like a small/medium. 16" pit to pit 40" length 13.5" waist
