Tea Cup Navy Blue Gap Dress

Cute business casual navy blue dress with tea cup pattern. From Gap in size medium. Hits above knees, has 3/4 length sleeves, and a zipper closure in the back. Looks great with a belt to add a pop of color! I've worn it a handful of times, but it no longer fits me well, so time to find it another good home!
