For the holiday season 2019 (coincidentally right after the 25th anniversary of the TV show "Friends"), Pier 1 created a bronze-coloured holiday armadillo. Its official name is a Golden Armadillo Figurine. I know this because I just scrounged my inbox and found my e-receipt from my original purchase. It comes out once a year for about three weeks in December, so while it's "used" it doesn't look used in any way. Plus, it's the most epic Friends reference ever. The show entitled "The One With The Holiday Armadillo" aired December 14, 2000 and it was one of the most talked-about episodes of the entire series. It's funny, and whether or not you watched it, this is a cute piece of decor. Also a bit of trivia - a character on "The Good Doctor" had it in their apartment. I can't remember who it was, but I remember watching the show and being completely taken out of the show's storyline because I was like "hey that's my Armadillo!".
