Theory Hemdall Pencil Skirt 2

Skirt was professionally tailored down a bit shorter from original length. Like new condition. Not sure if it was ever worn, if worn then only once probably. Skirt is unlined, but stretchy. Sold as is. Length 21” Waist 13.5” Hip 18”
