Brand new mini gingham printed top with embroidered dots in Tommy blue and red. Short Peplum skirt at the bottom. Fabric has no stretch. Pullover style with 6.5" zip and hook and eye closure in back. Tag says dry clean but based on the fabric contents it could probably be handwashed and hang dried.
