Pre owned. Great condition with no stains or holes The black challis on this dress literally takes flight with a flowy feel and a hi-lo hem that lends air supply to your strut. The high neck keeps you covered up, but the sleeveless bodice shows off those arms. The floral print is so amazing, we kind of want it all to ourselves (but we'll share with you).
