Transformers G1 Omega Supreme Tank Only Vintage Hasbro 1985 Semi-Working

Vintage Transformers G1 Omega Supreme Tank only from Hasbro 1985. Tank has broken turret, and the wheel tread has mostly fallen off. It still rolls around the track, but needs a smooth path to do so.  The electronics semi-work. He can roll around the track in tank mode with lights (see video), but the walking mechanism does not work. His right side wants to walk, but there is some missing/broken component on his left side that isn't functioning. Battery compartment is clean and in good shape. See photos for a closer look!
