A truly unique vintage dress by CREEDS Toronto A wrap dress buttons & fish eyes hook for closure in front Has 4 layers of ruffles on the skirt, they are asymmetrical, sort of wrapping around the skirt of the dress like a spiral Short sleeves, there are also ruffles on the collar & the sleeves The top & bottom ruffle layer have each a small strap tied into bow in front There are inserts for shoulder pads but no pads No size tag, roughly M -L shldr -shldr: 19", across waist: 18" l: 39" max 1914
