I bought this whimsical yet versatile blouse four years ago in Paris. It’s by Vanessa Seward, one of my favourite designers. Constellations print on silk. Tie neck with keyhole opening. Full length button closure sleeves. In very good used condition. Colour Navy with cream stars Chest 38” Length 24-26” (hemline is curved) This is a Euro 38, which corresponds to a Canadian 4/6.
