VTG Hand Carved Wooden Flask Canteen Bottle Decanter Rare

Very interesting and rare wooden flask. Hand carved, glass vessel inside. There is an image of a woman surrounded by trees on one side and an image on man on the other side. Man is wearing trousers in the shape of riding breeches or Galliffet and holding a gun with stripe over his shoulder. Probably representation of European resistance against Nazis or Soviets. The carving pattern is done in Hutsuls style. Hutsuls or Gutsuls are a mountain people living in the Carpathians mountains in Ukraine in the border region with Romania The flask is 8 3/4" tall (including the stopper) 6 1/4" wide & 2 1/2" thick Weight (unpacked) is 1.8 Lbs
