Puffy shoulder, Isabel blouse by Veronica Beard. Made out of 66% cotton/19% viscose/15% polyester, a lightweight, non-stretch plain weave. Features: mock neck, long, puffy sleeves with tie cuffs, button placket at the back. Nutmeg Multi - brown plaid Marked sz2, but fits at least 1 size larger. Mannequin is sz6/S and it just fits her, so more like a sz4. Here are the approx measurements: Shoulders - 14" Chest - 18" Length - 28" (high low hem) GUC, retails for ~$500CAD.
