Vintage 1960s bouquet painting on velvet, thick oversized wood framed, damaged

Gorgeous original painting on velvet, vintage from the 60s. Oil painting of a bouquet on a black velvet background, this artwork is glass covered and framed in an oversized wood frame, almost like a shadow box. Although the piece itself is in excellent condition, the black and gold painted wood frame has lots of signs of wear, mostly paint chips; it does add character and could be either restored or left as is.
