Vintage 1960s/1970s s/s green/orange/yellow floral housedress in size small/med

This beautiful vintage dress is actually from a movie, but I'm not allowed to say which one. It's a vintage size 12, which is close to a modern size 6-8, or S/M. The faceted buttons add a touch of sparkle. There's a belt that I will include with the dress but the buckle is broken. It could likely be fused, glued or soldered together somehow, but I didn't want to confuse the issue, so no belt photos. Model is 5"10; 140 pounds; has a 36-inch inseam, and wears a modern size 6. *Don't worry about the weird patch of light in some photos. Mini-blinds are uneven and, thus, light seeps through and there's nothing to be done about it and I didn't want to alter the photos at all. There is no weird light on the actual dress as you can see by the flatlay photos.
