Vintage 1990s Tan Jay Velvet Burnout Blouse Size S

Vintage 1990s button front blouse in a medium weight iridescent fabric with velvet burnout at bottom and on sleeves. Side sllits. There are shoulder pads which can be removed, if desired. Label says Tan Jay Petites, Rayon and Polyester, size small on tag. Measures 39" around bust, 39" around bottom, length is 26". Fabric does not stretch. Shown on a size small model with 34" bust.
