Vintage 80’s 90’s Bodycon Tank Maxi Dress with Frill Skirt Detail Black and White Stripe Has been sewn to take in on the top inside, but can easily be undone to make bigger (from 16” to 18” armpit to armpit). No tag to show size, but seems like a Size S/M No tag to show fabric, but feels like a cotton blend.
