Vintage 925 Enamel Wrap Hoop Earrings

These vintage earrings have somewhat pointed hooks that are stamped with what looks like "[star] 1208 (or FRIS?) VI 925". I wasn't able to work with more than just the 925. The earrings are oval shaped hoops that features pink and peach tone enamels swirling all the way around the hoops. There is normal vintage wear but nothing that affects wearability.
