Vintage Floral Painted Porcelain Brooch

This vintage brooch is made of porcelain and has a gold tone metal modern locking c pin closure. The porcelain is shaped like a long oval and has a thin gold tone border around it. The front of the brooch is smooth and polished, and there are red/orange flowers painted in the center with dark green. The back feels raw and is signed with the artist's name and year. To me it looks like Orid Holde 1990, but I don't think that's right. Great name for a sim, though.
