moeesmoe @vintagetrendz Whenever a seller is ambiguous about the details of an item due to lack of knowledge, I see that was a red flag and I begin to research so, that customers have clarity. This piece is made by American Jewelry Company (AJC). It is not gold and it goes for about $15.00 to $20.00 max elsewhere. It is plated with a gold coloured substance.

vintagetrendz @moeesmoe thanks for that information , however I didn’t put it was real gold , it’s gold tone and did add that to description as was not before , also I put Art Deco style not obviously from the 1919 -1939 real Art Deco period . It’s a lovely brooch and very good condition no fade no discolour.

moeesmoe @vintagetrendz The item is $15.00. Let’s break down the infrastructure shall we? It’s made of non fine metal, an alloy to be exact. It has not real collector’s value. It is not even gold plated….If someone on another site is being unreasonable in their asking price based on the actual price, I wouldn’t use them as an example. There is being responsible in terms of pricing and there is what is unreasonable as a seller. Be fair.
