Gorgeous navy blue & white vintage A-line dress by Joseph Ribkoff, a Canadian designer. Features button-cuff bishop / batwing sleeves, a cinched elasticized waist, and a boatneck collar. Slip-on style, no zipper. 100% polyester. Fabric is lightweight, breezy & see-through. Best worn over a slip!
