Vintage Lucite Art Deco Brooch

This vintage mid-century brooch is made of black lucite with a pearlescent insert (acrylic or acetate) and is shaped like a long oval. A little more than half of the brooch is black and smooth, and the remainder is a pearlescent white with diagonal lines running through it. The brooch has a modern locking c pin closure on the back and has signs of wear throughout, like the superficial scratches in the black plastic. Despite that, this piece is in good condition overall.
