Midcentury vintage authentic Jukie Inc. House of Suede & Leather sheepskin coat. Fully sheep-fleece lined with leather suede outer and silver-grey sheepskin collar, cuffs, and shoulders. For snowy/full-winter conditions! Toggle front with an extra ring latch at the collar.
Vintage size 11= women's SX-S or girls' XL-XXL. Measures 35" long, about 17.5" across at its narrowest with mild flare to hips.
Good vintage condition, mild wear as pictured.

No strong odour—just leather and a very faint scent from maybe perfume or the cedar chest it was stored in? No mustiness or dry rot smell :)
The ring latch is a fixed ring on one side and a hinged rod on the other that can be flipped open/closed. I'll upload a couple close-ups of that bit in the next half hour or so.
