Vintage Mini Steiff Peky Pekinese Dog Articulated Head No ID

This figure is pre-owned and in very used condition. He is missing his tags. His head swivels. There is a lot of wear on it. Please see all photos for exact item.  It is approximately 4" long and 3 1/2" tall.
