Vintage Multi-Strand Wax Cord Gold Bead Bracelet

This is a really unusual bracelet. It's got many strings and each string has a macaroni style, long gold metal bead fixture on it. Kind of reminds me of goth bracelets, but also, I am sure Mod girls had these on. Industrial style clamp fastener on the back. Came from an estate sale. Very 90's, but likely came from the 60's, as most pieces from that estate were 40s-60s.
