Vintage Plaid Red Wool Skirt

I found this skirt in a vintage shop in Portland. It’s the perfect Christmas skirt with the red plaid accented with green and yellow. According to the tag it was made in the USA. Despite the tag saying size 4 this skirt is smaller than that. I’m typically a 2 and it just fits my waist. I think it’s ideal for a size 0 which is why I’m selling, just a bit tight for me after a meal.
