Vintage Quilting Embroidery Hoop

Large quilting hoop 27" across. Good used condition, as pictured light ware, see all photos. Im not sure if it could be missing a tension screw around the hoop? Or maybe for attaching to a stand? I have another I use, and it doesn't have any screws around the hoop, so I don't think it's a necessary feature, but maybe it could depend on the project.
