Make a statement with this mod 1960s shift dress with short sleeves and a red, white and blue striped collar. Made of Fortrelknit 100% polyester, it is a medium weight and has two cute buttons near the waist to provide some visual interest. There are just a couple of small pulls in the fabric. The seam under one armpit has come slightly apart and just needs to be resewn.
