Vintage Red and White Baby Dress with Floral Embroidery

Adorable vintage baby dress with red polka dot pattern and floral embroidery. 2 piece set with cover for bottom. Features a scalloped hem and lace details. In good condition but there is a stain on the inside of the dress near the neck, please see photos. It is not visible when wearing, The bottom leg openings elastic isn’t as elastic as it once was but still has stretch. Please see photos for measurements as there is no tag for size. Seems like a 9-12 month to me. Thanks for looking.
