@lgreenday is it silver tone? or are there markings on the inside? is it 2.75" across the inside?

Hi ~ Thanks for the question. No markings on the inside. It's silver tone although it could have a thin coating of actual silver...not really sure. I've posted a pic re measurement of the inside diameter definitely 2.75 inches.
