Vintage Varsity Pleated Skirt Stripe Knit Dress

Vintage 1950s-60s sailor dress by Sacony Ciella. I think it is handmade. The skirt is pleated and the bodice is a boxy knit with cream details on the collar and cuffs. Looks great with tights, and booties in the fall & winter, or throw on with a pair of sandals this spring & summer :) Good vintage condition. A few very minor marks on the skirt.
