Vintage Victorian black and gold shirt / blouse button cover

Rare vintage Victorian revival black and gold button cover. Slides onto small and medium sized flat buttons. As shown in one of the pictures. Measures 2.5 cm x 1.8 cm. The black part is made of either the onyx stone, or good quality glass. In pre-loved condition, with a bit of gold wear near the bottom, as pictured.
