Vintage culottes with pleats, pockets and a thin belt with a gold buckle. This garment looks like a centre-pleated knee-length skirt. It was made in Holland by C&A, and is a deep blue-purple wool blend. Very unique piece! It is a EU size 36, and fits like a current US Size 4 or slightly smaller.
