Vintage Y2k Dolce Vita medium black mine shirt wool lined skirt

Vintage 2000s Chic black mini skirt with button accents. Perfect for stylish outings. Fully lined. Lining is ripped up the side as shown in picture but it just makes it easier to walk in. Doesn’t effect overall appearance. Measurements in pictures. I would say it’s a size 8.
