Vintage floral A line skirt

Beautiful true vintage floral skirt! With pockets! Super cute button close with zipper. Such a cute shape and fit. Size says 3-4 but it fits like an xs (wait is 25-26”). There might be a very very small white paint stain on the edge of the pocket (hard for me to tell if it’s there but just want to be honest!). See last picture.
