Vintage handmade rainbow mosaic jacket w/ bells

Absolutley beautiful handmade jacket 😍 No clasps to close, instead has 15 bells per side. 2 small pockets in front. Shown with one sleeve rolled up. Has shoulderpads sewn in that could be removed. No material tags, but seems to be a cotton blend of some sort.
