Vintage feminine white button down ruffle cardigan. Buttons are pearly and opalescent. Sleeves are 3/4 length. A bit of pilling and yellowing under the armpit - see last pic. Labels have been cut off - listed as Small based on how it fits me and the measurements. Armpit to armpit- 18” Length - 23.5”
