Vtg army military marine parade red embroidered mens mess dress jacket small

In very good vintage condition...No mark size...Some little stain, but not very visible......The edge , at the bottom , is only cut and unsewn...100% wool....I think its from Canadian marine army, but I'm not sure.... Armpit to armpit: 20" over all length: 33 3/4" waist at the center of the jacket: 34" shoulders: 17 3/4" sleeves : 24 1/4" Neck circumference: 15"
