White Ruffle Hem Dress

Stunning elegant snow-white strappy dress with a ruffle hem. Both dress & lining fabric: 100% cotton (Not thin - just listen to its sound on the video!), no stretch at all. Length: 37 1/2", see all measurements in the photos. It fits like true to size S. The dress is absolutely gorgeous, no imperfections, stains or anything. Needs to be ironed before wearing. I bought and used it wearing at my vacay-engagement party and once again at my birthday. However, it is too tight in chest for me, currently does not look good, otherwise, I love it! Perfect for summer occasions. Just as an example, look at the outfit on the last photo, can be paired with various knitts and / or blazers, jackets.
