Very light and floaty pants, cropped at the ankle. Elegant pinstripe. Either a dark navy or black, I can’t tell! Used, excellent condition. Has a tie at the waist that can be tied at the front or back through the belt loops. I’m 5’4 and they hit me above the ankle.
