Worthington vintage A-line pencil skirt

Worthington vintage made in USA pencil skirt in royal blue. Fully lined, no pockets, back zipper with one button. There are a few threads loose here and there, otherwise in excellent condition. There is no stretch in the material, however the waistband has elastic at the back, see photo. It is a size 16 according to the tag, someone at some point wrote “18” on the tag.
