amee826 @scrumble49 hi there! I noticed some white marks and the underarms which may wash out but this piece was washed prior to listing, please see the photos I added. It’s very minor and I didn’t even notice it before. Pit to pit unstretched is 17 inches and the narrowest part in the waist area is about 13 inches unstretched and laid flat there is at least 2 inches of stretch to this piece :)
