mimirules23 @nicole1842 hey :) thanks so much for your interest! its a pretty warm coat-- i can't speak from experience as i have never worn it but i have other kate spade coats that are similar to this one in terms of the puffy look material that are winter coats not light jackets and it keeps me super warm throughout winter-- but its a slightly different style to this one--mine doesnt have a belt but its the same length/type of hood and insulation to my knowledge
